Global Warming Skeptics Fail Maths  

TreeHugger has a post up about yet more evidence that even if global warming skeptics aren't just cynically disseminating propaganda on behalf of fossil fuel companies, their calculations are wildly inaccurate.

One more article to forward to your uncle who thinks global warming is "a hoax" (along with this one): The New York Times writes about three independent studies. The first two were on the data and methodology of a few scientists who question the threat of global warming. Surprise! It so happens that there were errors in the calculations of these global-warming skeptics. The third study shows that the corrected calculations give results that are consistent with what other scientists have been finding (the troposphere actually got warmer). These three papers were published on August 11th in the online edition of the journal Science.
