I'm trying to finish off a far-too-long post which has been sitting around in draft form for far too long, in the hope that the links won't be completely stale by the time I finish it.

In the meantime, here's a few links - I haven't noticed anything particularly newsworthy today:

Dubai Puts a New Spin on Skyscrapers (this one doesn't sound at all green, unlike this Chinese building they are designing - hopefully I'm wrong and green building is now standard in trophy buildings)

Peak Oil and the Inflation Lie (note - rising energy prices do not necessarily imply rising inflation - it depends on whether or not the economy is becoming more efficient in its use of energy at the same time)

Peak Oil Day 4 - Building an electricity based economy (note - for information only - I don't endorse these guys in any way, though its interesting that they are jumping onto the electric transport bandwagon - the idea of a live rail on all roads seems crazy though)
