Afraid not - the Flickr page just says they are going upriver...

They head up the Columbia to Portland where they are placed on trucks - one sail per truck. They head east on I84 to the multiple wind farms in Eastern Oregon near the Columbia River. I was comming west on I84 a few weeks ago and it was one truck after another.
