Looks like Finland in November.
I don't know if it's of any consolation, but some parts of the world deal with rubbish (or worse) weather for 4-6 months of the year.
From the linked article, I saw this amazing piece of statistics:
"Normally in April there are 6.9 hours of bright sunshine per day. This year we are averaging six hours per day of bright sunshine."
Last December, we got 20 hours of sunlight. Yes, in the whole month.
So no sympathies from here yet, sorry ;)
:-)
I spent a few days in Finland once and the weather was perfect - didn't see a cloud. Admittedly that was in July.
Its all relative of course - I grew up in a place where it hardly ever gets cloudy, so 6 hours of sunlight seems pretty grim - especially when they were all clustered into one week.
I lived in London for a few years and I was saying yesterday I should move back because the weather is better there.
However, this effect happens on the Australian east coast every time there is a La Nina - next year we should be back to sunnier climes...
